HP Hassling for Return #1
I SE'd a monitor few weeks ago and while on the call and in the past they have never asked for it, I found an email asking if it's been collected or not. Then one about a UPS collection date which came and I played dumb, is this something I have to worry about? Because I want to do HP again but this is putting me off

I mean, they'll probably bill, so yes.

They didn't ask for any of my details, do you mean send a bill to the house? I find it weird cause they didn't even mention returning it. Should I reply to one of the emails saying it's been destroyed as I was never told to keep it?

That's what I did, go for it. Yes, the bill to your house/delivery address.

Oh so you simply replied saying it's destroyed? And you went again? Nice one! The monitor I'm going for is like £300 the previous one was £160 so it'll be harder but I should be able to nail it

I said that I threw it away because no rep said I needed it. I didn't go again, not worth it for me.

How did you SE the monitor? Just used a serial number and claimed it was broken?

Always use a drop when SEing such companies. I didn't use a drop by mistake. They will bill unless you contact them with a good reason.

A bill being a letter demanding payment? I replied to one of there emails saying I wasn't told by the rep to hold onto it so I got rid of it.
