HP Hassling for Return - unkn0wn123 - 01-27-2020 I SE'd a monitor few weeks ago and while on the call and in the past they have never asked for it, I found an email asking if it's been collected or not. Then one about a UPS collection date which came and I played dumb, is this something I have to worry about? Because I want to do HP again but this is putting me off RE: HP Hassling for Return - Parliament - 01-27-2020 I mean, they'll probably bill, so yes. RE: HP Hassling for Return - unkn0wn123 - 01-27-2020 They didn't ask for any of my details, do you mean send a bill to the house? I find it weird cause they didn't even mention returning it. Should I reply to one of the emails saying it's been destroyed as I was never told to keep it? Yes, the bill to your house/delivery address. RE: HP Hassling for Return - unkn0wn123 - 01-27-2020 (01-27-2020, 06:35 PM)Parliament Wrote:Oh so you simply replied saying it's destroyed? And you went again? Nice one! The monitor I'm going for is like £300 the previous one was £160 so it'll be harder but I should be able to nail it(01-27-2020, 06:12 PM)unkn0wn123 Wrote: They didn't ask for any of my details, do you mean send a bill to the house?
