[HELP] I don't know what to do #1
Hello.

I know a guy, legit, that is able to ship me any product from a certain store and then, using his PayPal, get a refund by saying that he never authorized the transaction.
I only need to pay him 20% of the item value once I get the actual item in my hands.

I know this is weird, but it is legit, I know it is.

My question is: How can I receive my product?

I can't just fake a name, an address and a phone number, because the mail man, once he gets to the address, he'll call to that number to deliver the package.
If no one answers, he just takes it to the post office, where I have to show my own ID to get the package, which won't be equal to the same name that I've put in the website.

Is there any major risk when compared to a refund done by DNA or EB with live chat, in terms of getting the item in my own house with my real data?

I'd like to get your opinion on this, @mothered.

Make sure you are free on the day the package comes so you can answer the door to the mailman? Meet him outside the building and say "hey, is that a package for X" X being your fake name.
I am but a simple gnome who likes free things, none of this is real. It is all simply fiction.

What I'm skeptical about is giving the store my real address to ship the items which I'll be refunding later with a PayPal chargeback.

It's not like a DNA or EB, they know for sure I got the item.

I just don't know what they could do about it.

This thought might be ridiculous but they could someone to my house.
I don't know and I like to be careful about what I get in to.

Given the circumstances Involved, there's too many Inconsistencies, hence It's needlessly complicating the SE.

Who's the company, and what's the Item In question?

When the SE Is formulated accordingly, there's no risk whatsoever.

I don't know the company. All I know is that he ships me any product from a certain store (directly from the store) , and once I get the product in my hands, he claims through the PayPal he has paid with that the transaction was not authorized and manages to get his money back.

It's pretty much a "Buy for you" service.

I'd like to mention that I only need to pay him once I get the product in my hands, meaning that there's no chance he could scam me in that way, @mothered.

You could do the SE yourself - or at 20% or less you could find countless refunders simplifying this for you by using the traditional methods.
To answer your question, you can simply receive the package. No blow back.
