Yeah, tell ask if something went wrong and act a bit confused and worried.

I do not know if you can jig your adress on H&M. You probably can.

Most of the stores that still offer instant refunds try to scare refunders by mentioning something about police. Dont be scared and proceed further if the situation i mentioned occurs .
