ok so I tried to contact and for Europe there is no chatbot so I had to write email to my countries customer service ... I really hope they dont investigate...

yes they first called me but it was a hidden number so i thought it was the DPD delivery guy lolol but what company secret hidden calls customers lol wtf so its not my fault i didnt answer ... its kinda not professional but they prob do it so people dont harass them and call back all the time
anyway then they wrote email back to me that they have researched and that its a mistake in the system and they said they let someone higher see it and will contact me back to see what they have decides. that was yesterday no calls today and it's friday. I hope they will ask me for refund or reshipment and not force reshipment on me.....

they wrote email back to me that they have researched and that its a mistake in the system and they said they let someone higher see it and will contact me back to see what they have decides.

They are most likely to ask you a few questions like “ have you asked your neighbour if they have received it” etc. if that happens pretend that you do what they say .
They might also ask you to file a non binding document just like zalando does.
Just do what they say and you should be good

for europe its not instant, there is no live chat, only email so they investigate
they are still investigating with the delivery company so they'll reach out to me soon , there was no signing no photo so it should work but not gonna do them again not worth it

update: success but investigation and takes a few emails and they call you a few times

it was defo not instant, not in my country, took a few emails and calls investigation with the company 2x times
it was around 150
i think the country where H&M is instant is only America, in Europe theres no live chat you have to talk in your own language to the customer service like Slovakian, Greek etc. it's definitely investigated in detail
but there was no sign or photo that saved my ass
