The reason im not going with the wrong item received would be due to it coming in a specifically shaped package that resembles that of a laptop. I could say that I was shipped a different kind of laptop but then I would have to send something back and I believe they would check it... no?

Correct, to process the refund/replacement, they will scan and check the wrong Item and place It back Into stock.

That's why It's crucial to purchase something (on a different account) that's part of their Inventory - they'll assume they've picked, packed and dispatched that Instead of the Item that was originally ordered/purchased. For your reference, the wrong Item doesn't need to be a like-for-like product.

The area doesn't really matter - you've (seemingly) received someone else's order that should've been shipped to the fake account you've created.

Also, be sure the secondary (fake) account has no association whatsoever to your current account.
