Maybe you could start making member signature and in time you'll improve.

The design is quite nice mate. I recommend making it a bit smaller and also choosing a new font and fixing the blurriness.

Its ok. I would rate it 6/10, its a tad too fuzzy/blurry.

Nice little inner glow, if you flashed it and added some blur / used frames you could make a really nice roaring flash effect.
