I'm not one to judge BUT if I had to, I'd say juggalos are predominately white males and females who don't want to grow up (this sounds harsh but hang in there) and who don't fit in (which is unfortunate as everyone has a place in society) The most commonly said thing was that this was a place people could go to where you can do whatever you want.

I've never met a respectable juggalo. Obviously I can't pass judgement on all of them, but the ones I've met have had IQs in the double digits.
