Just as a matter of Interest, what were the events that ultimately led to the declined claim?

It was similar to the guy above I think (skimmed through the thread), they said to wait 3 days for their team to search for it, after 3 days they just deny.

I was trying to find the actual email to show you, but couldn't find it, but they basically stated that since it says it shows it was already delivered by UPS they can't do anything about it.

@mothered in case the same happens to me, what should I do? Because UPS started the investigation 9 days ago, and it should end by tomorrow if i'm not wrong. Then I don't really know what is gonna happen after that

I don't know the events of your SE, so It'll be premature to advise on the best course of action.
