Hello everyone, I'm interested if you have some ideas from where to SE the GoPro?

I'm looking at amazon.de and it's out of stock, and also on the official GoPro site. I need the 7 and not the 8, because I fly FPV drones, and HERO 8 doesn't have a removable lens.

Maybe I could get the HERO 9 too, but it's a little more expensive on Amazon (430€) so I don't know how I'd go with the SE.

Have you guys ever SEd GoPro directly?

I ordered mine from gopro website.

Ordered hero 9 black.
Claimed dna.
Gopro took 2 weeks.
I  opened case with PayPal.
PayPal got my refund in 3 days.

If the 9 is too heavy, sell it and buy the 7 with the money. I live in Europe yes.

One other question, I haven't been using Paypal much. You open a case under disputes?

Pretty much.

Open your paypal.
Find the payment made. Open it.
Click on report a problem.
Then you can select I didn't receive the item.
Fill out form/ details.
Case will be open for 20 days or something like that.
Wait 2-3 days. Escalate it to paypal.
GoPro will have 3 days to answer. They won't. You will get your refund.

Doesn't this harm your PP account in the long run (if you keep doing this with products)? If you have an aged account with no refunds/claims, it's ok, but if you have 3+ claims in total and this will be your 4th, will it be sus for PP?

I do it once every other month and have many smaller transactions in between.
Same as my amazon account - Once every other week with multiple small transactions in between.

Yes but they always say the will get back you in 24-48 hours - They never do. They are notoriously bad at this. So we can take advantage of this.
They kept telling that they escalated it to “ordering team/ accounts” every 2 days I co tasted them, they literally told me the same thing, which in reality is just bs

any update on the claim? I'm thinking of doing one myself but can see on trustpilot that they are responding more now. Not sure if that applies to PayPal.
