Yeah true, how about when they ask you to return the product to where you bought it but then say
"If there is no service provided in the place of purchase of your product, I kindly request you to get a denial of service letter from the place of purchase."
That's a pain

1. Buying the Logitech stuff you want on your local shop.
2. Contact Logitech with legit SN and say your product doesnt work.
3. Logitech will ask you for photos of SN and to write some verification number by the product.
4. Logitech will send a replacement for fre.
5. You return legit product you bought back to the store within 14 days of purchase for legit refund.

So there you go. Super easy way to get your Logitech items for free. I'm sure this method will work with many other companies that don't require you to ship back faulty products. Want to contribute to this thread and list what some of those stores might be?
I personally tried this about 8 months ago, however they kept telling me, this item has already been registered so we cannot help you.

If you've purchased It, to whom was It registered?

Logitech often ask for proof of sale don't know if they'll do that, you could get one of Amazon if they don't ask for one but if they ask for where you bought it they can easily look it up. So if you can get around the proof of purchase just use Amazon. Sadly I don't have a local shop.

As per this:

If you were the original buyer, I don't understand how It can be registered to someone else.

Serial number generators and things of that nature have exhausted 90percent of all Logitech headsets is what I think, so most of the time a legit headset you have, the S/N on that headset has already been used. Just my thoughts though. What do you think?

It may well be the case, but given you're the original buyer, Logitech have a responsibility to ensure that their customers get what they've paid for.

If there are Inconsistencies, that's their problem not yours.

Damn! All my Logitech stuff always breaks after years of heavy usage and way passed warranty.

It's the same with most technological devices and the like.

For Instance, my Acer Predator laptop that I purchased for close to 2k around 18 months ago, has lost keyboard functionality with a number of keys. Given the speed and the way I hammer my keyboard, no laptop can withstand the pounding. In total over decades of computing, this Is the eighth laptop that has prematurely ceased to function In some capacity.
