After one of the new garmins, not sure whether EB is possible for one of these watches, using a sealed box method or something like that. Or can Garmin be warranty se’d?

Nope, they asked me to open a case on UPS. And then ups take back the package. After that, they sent me a replacement.

How long did it take? From arrival to replacement?
Total 27 days from original order and the replacement arrival.

I started the return of orginal order, the replacement was on 0 price and get the refundm

Im doing Garmin right now and they want me to do the same. Do you give UPS the package with everything except the watch?
I wonder if they cross-check the weight...
