I have this broken galaxy s2 that I have obtained from a friend. It is in very good condition, but out doesn't work at all. I contacted mobile tech videos and they said it was a bad PMCI and they couldn't fix it. Could someone help me SE to get a replacement, exchange, or upgrade to the S3 from Tmobile?

T-mobile won't give you a new phone, the device will be in your friends name, on his account.
My mothers best friend works there.
I've stole 2 mytouch's from them, took weeks.

It's odd, because it's probably the manufacturer's fault here. Maybe try contacting Samsung and tell them T-mobile told you to contact them?

Yeah as Anar said if its something broke that their part, their at fault to replace it, or fix it, if its your fault something broke, then they wont replace it.

Yeah, but it isn't my phone so I don't have warrantee. Will I be able to send it to Samsung still? If not then I will have to send it to MobileTechVideos so they can Jtag it. It will cost $50 :-(.
