It's way too heavy for the partial method.
If an Investigation Is opened and the consignment Is cross-checked with the carrier's records, the SE will fail.
Oh right I see..
Also posted this:
The RAM arrived (posted through letterbox) along with another parcel containing 2 other items (this was left outside). My roommate who is also in on it, saw that no photographic evidence was taken. I weighed the RAM and it clocked in at 146g.
How to proceed from here? Partial method stating "two other items arrived but RAM did not" - or EB for the RAM despite the uncovered higher weight?
But it was part of the quote as I messed up the formatting. Any advice regarding the RAM?

Was there any form of verification, signature or otherwise, provided by yourself or a household member at the time of delivery?
Also, not that It will have a significant Impact on the SE, but Is the letterbox securely locked?

None, the delivery guy simply inserted it into the letter slot without any form of communication.

It's not a US-style outdoor compartment letterbox, but rather just a hole in my door. It is not locked at all, and I wouldn't be surprised if one could put their hand through.

I completely missed this quote.
Given It was left without any verification on your end, It's perfect to DNA It.

Excellent.
If It's not too late, go ahead with the DNA.

I used the fact that it was arriving with multiple other items to DNA it, stating that it was the only one missing. Got the refund processing within 5 minutes of contacting the amazon REP through chat..

Yes, I managed to DNA the RAM.
I've decided to hold back on SE'ing the GPU as I believe that it'll be more likely to be successful when it's being sold by amazon as opposed to a third party seller selling through amazon, regardless of what method I use.

So It arrived as a separate consignment and you DNA'd It, correct?
The approval doesn't get much easier than that.
Well done.

There are times when reps do not work strictly by the book, thereby dismiss company protocol when assessing claims.
It could've been the case with yours. At the end of the day, It succeeded and that's all that matters.
