Fuel Cell #1
For those who don't know what a Fuel Cell is, it's a machine in general terms that converts Chemical Energy into Electric Energy or Thermal by burning hydrogen.
I've recently had the idea to make a small Fuel Cell for a school project and maybe upgrade it when I get my degree, do you think this innovative technology has a future? Can a fuel cell produce enough energy to even fill a cell phone's battery?

I'm to too sure about phone battery, possibly but maybe you could im not too sure.

Well Hydrogen can produce a lot of energy but that depends on the chemical reaction to hydrolyses and to the catalyst used. Not to mention Hydrogen is a very small particle that it's really hard to contain.

It could charge your battery but probably not fully and it would take a few hours.
I'll probably hate you if you're retarded..

Sure it would, but that has probably to do with the catalyst used.

if there's a way to make the fuel cells cheap to produce and a way to effectively produce hydrogen then yes i think the fuel cell would have a future in the modern world

I saw quite a few modern uses of hydrogen I don't know about cheap but i saw a small fuel cell to recharge mobile devices.
One the many examples I found online is this:

Seems legit and cheap.

thanks!, i'll make it as small as it needs to be, however, do you know how to use hydrogen from the bottle to produce energy?
and I mean electrical energy so I can measure it.
