Upon arrival there is usually packing slips in the order. Which packaging slip should I say I received? The one for the Burberry or for the boss?

Correct I’m saying the boss are the wrong item that I have received. There is usually order paperwork in the parcel which paperwork should I say was included in the parcel with the boss shorts? @mothered

I just said i got the correct picking paper but the wrong items, just got told to send back.
