I'm about to attempt Fitbit, I'm assuming they ask for pictures as they used to.

Does anyone have a Fitbit Versa they could take photos of for me? Also where could I get myself a S/N?

Most of the time they won’t ask for photos, go through with the SE and if it asks for photos I can link you to where you’ll be able to buy them for cheap Smile

Leave this with me.

I'll Investigate my sources and see If I can come up with one.

Thanks mothered, I think i've found one but i'm not quite sure what their S/N is from their packaging lol

Also run into this problem, their response was : 'Upon checking our records, we were not able to find any fitbit account associated to the email that you are using to contact us from. With this in mind and in order to provide you with a faster answer, please let us know the email associated to the Fitbit account where your watch is paired to.' This is without even telling them the S/N yet.

At this stage, the serial Is of no relevance.

They cannot proceed until you have an email address associated with a registered Fitbit account.
