Hi everyone. I’m still new to forums. This is my first successful SE with more hopefully on the way! It was a $700 order from the north face. I did have to sign for it, which I thought I screwed up. But when I looked at the package it looked like shit and taped over to hold it closed so I thought why not play this? So I literally just made the box look even worse, I took out the most expensive items except for 3 which was like $80 worth. I sent them photos and a video of me “unboxing” it showing that I was missing articles. I called them up and played them hard with crying and being upset. They refunded me on the spot for the items I was missing without looking into it further.
