Finding an item that weights roughly the same? 02-14-2019, 11:30 PM #1
I'm really struggling to do this.

Is there a specific item that people usually search for? Is there a way to search for such a weight?

Not really just use your intuitin 🤷 Obviously all items on Amazon (and other sites probably) have a shipping weight listed in the product information.

If you tell me the weight of the item you're trying to SE I can give you a few ideas?

A Samsung watch 42mm version UK.

I get confused because sometimes it gives you a shipping weight and other times it doesn't.

Depending on the website, the weight Is usually listed In the product's description.

If not, Google It- you will find results.

Is it the shipping weight I need or just the product weight? Sometimes the amount of crap that Amazon put into a box is silly.

Shipping weight Is the "Gross weight" (Item & packaging). Product weight Is the "Net weight" (only the Item).

It's the latter (Item) that you must take Into account- you're SEing that, not the packaging.

Haha I know.

Just in my mind, I thought it was the weight of the entire item (item + box) that they cared about, rather than the item in the box.
