Didn't you graduate for the purpose of pursuing your passion?

I know someone that said they would take a break to figure things out. He got used to working cheap jobs and never got int college. Ofcourse not everyone is like that, you might loose motivation if you do not do something, but if you avoid that, I think it is worth it.

Many people get into college and they don't know shit about the mayor they choose, and end up hating it. IMO you should go to college for something that already fulfills you and you are passionate about, since it is 5 years of your life that you have to deal with. It will be hell if you do not care about what you are studying (happened to a lot of colleagues, why do they even go into the field if they hated programming, and complained about the assignments?)

A year or two won't make a big deal in the grand scheme of things. But you can also go to college to find your passion. Even if you have to change majors, as long as you do it early enough it's not too disruptive.

None should say you what to do in your life, if you feel that you don't want to go to college, take a brake and find what you want to do

Hello, it is on you. What you want to be. Chase your dreams not what others say to do. I always follow my dreams. If you need to hire essay writers for your essay assignment then you can visit https://studyclerk.com/hire-writers here to get some help. I am sharing that website with you because most students can't follow their dreams because of their assignments. But now you have a chance to follow your dreams.

Agree with others that different paths all have pros and cons and as long as you are ambitious with what you're doing you will find opportunity. I couldn't go to university right after HS so got a trade, figured out what I really wanted to do, treated post secondary like a job and excelled beyond peers not taking it seriously and "figuring it out" they flip flopped had middling GPAs and were not competitive at the end of a lot of work for professional programs or lucrative advanced degrees.

So my only advice is this:

If you go, don't mess around you can slam doors shut forever in post secondary because lots of programs look thoroughly at your post secondary records, after getting into uni no one cares about HS anything.

I feel my age now and wish I was a bit younger for the stage I'm at re: needing a 15th wind to work endless hours to climb in my field lol that's the downside to waiting.

All the best OP. Lots of ways to do this and you know yourself best, just don't squander opportunity!

I had the same thing. I missed one year because I was looking for myself and studying for exams. I could only get into a bad college, because my level of knowledge left a lot to be desired. But within a year I had pulled myself up in my studies and found my favorite thing - literature, and of course I got into a good college.
