I found that those mostly taste like garbage, and are filled with soy protein, which one do you buy?

I normally go with Edge, maple flavour nut cluster.  Not too bad in taste

Sounds like old people cereal lol. What about some rasin brand? That's some good stuff

Also soy protein, if only there was one with pea protein or such. Or whey for that matter.

My diet only consists of healthy eating, so each morning I have Oats with low-fat milk.

Fruit Is also part of the equation.

I wish I was healthier. But I just never stick with it sadly haha. But even though I eat kind of bad I'm still pretty skinny. People think it's awesome that I can eat whatever but honestly I wish I could gain some weight and muscle mass. It's so hard

You're young and maintaining your weight Is a lot easier.

As you get older (In your 40s-50s), your metabolism slows down and that's when the weight Is harder to control. Don't get me wrong, I love takeout, candy etc but If I buy It, I'll eat the lot before I get home. I'm also extremely slim and my height at 198cm, significantly helps to remain It as such.

I'm 170 cm and weigh 120/125. Most I've gotten to is 130 lbs. But my dad said it all caught up to him when he was in his 30's. So I got about 4 more years before I get my gut.

Had to Google how tall I was in cm lol

Take It from someone who's a lot older than you (no prizes for guessing who that may be), look after your eating habits from an early age. You'll be thankful you did when you reach your 50s.

Once you establish a healthy eating plan and It becomes habitual, you'll never go back to the contrary.

Wow, I honestly didn't know what on earth the cereals were in the OP. They sound like biscuits and deserts! xD

My favourite has been wheetabix for a long time. I used to like to put sugar on the top of it as a kid, but now I'm a little more health conscious!
