Oh my, this is like asking me to choose my favorite star out of the sky. Or my favorite song out of all the ones I have ever heard. Impossible! But I will say that as of late I've been favoring cheese pizza. Not just any cheese pizza - one with many different types of cheeses. Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, Provolone, cheddar, etc. All of these things together topped by a few dashes of oregano have lately sent my taste buds flying into heavenly pizza bliss.

What is your favorite pizza?

Since I'm a professional pizza maker (not really but I work at a pizza place), I have LOTS of pizzas you guys should try and might not have ever heard of! Here are some:
-Royal BBQ Hawaiin (Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, Bacon Bits, no top cheese but some parmesan sprinkled on top, and a slight drizzle of BBQ sauce!)
-Your choice of toppings with PINK sauce! It's half pizza sauce mixed with a white creamy garlic ranch sauce.
-NY Style pizza- Pepperoni, sausage, or cheese as a topping and no top cheese. Add a big swirling spiral of olive oil and top that with some (any good tasting herb/spice) and parmesan cheese!

These are just some of my favorites that are unique!

Oh and Figaros (the place I work) has a Mac n Cheese pizza! It's fairly new and I've never heard of it anywhere else before!

It has at it's base Creamy Garlic ranch sauce- Mac n Cheese with a little cheese on top, and then your choice from there. It's usually like diced tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and jalapinos! It's actually kind of good even though it's a pizza!
