I love Naruto & Hinata, they are very cute and happy couple. Hinata broke her shy self to become strong and help Naruto. Hinata fought to save Naruto against Pain is one of best moments in Naruto . They have a beautiful family.

Probably Kenshin and Kaoru, from Rurouni Kenshin. Their relationship starts as just friends, but progresses over the length of the series.

There's also the more tragic story of Spike and Julia, from Cowboy Bebop. Definitely some parallels to Romeo and Juliet.

My most favorite anime couple has to be Kaneki Ken and Touka-Chan, the anime was fabulous and the story just blown my mind, every time i have a remembrance of the scenes and how i felt in the moments i were watching Tokyo Ghoul i feel nice, and happy

This a tough one, I will say though that Yusuke and Keiko was a really cute relationship. They had one of the most "real" relationships in 90's anime.

Definitely one of the tops for me.
