Try fake POPs from retailers. They do not check them and a friend has had success with this method.

How'd you edit the serial

This video simply wont work because of few reasons. One of the reason is the fact that when logitech asks for video they will always ask for you to record the serial number and to write on paper your ticket number and show both in the same video. Second reason is that, if you get an support rep that has even a little brain and decent eyesight he wont approve the replacement because on the video you can see how serial number changed from one serial number to another.
