Hey guys, I tried to SE a sporting goods store in the UK for a partial refund of £120 (not much really (sport direct is the store FYI) ) and they refused, I paid with Paypal so I might try and open a dispute with them, let me know what I should do.

Why did they refused you for ? give more details on why ? Paypal only works with Items that do not arrived .

Open a paypal dispute and say it never arrived. If it really didnt go to the jeweler get her to back you up.
