After reading it, all outstanding questions have been clarified. In fact, the method is based on too many events that are simply based on sheer stupidity of the reps. I will stick to other methods in the future. As usual, thanks for pointing everything out and taking the time to write these articles!
EDIT: Thanks to you also @
Roadman , for telling me on "how" this could work better!

You're welcome with the articles.
As you've read In the article Itself, I'm not suggesting the so-called FTID doesn't work In Its entirety. In fact, I've provided a number of examples/scenarios that may/do succeed, however that's based on the Incapacity and Incompetency of companies & carriers to handle and process goods & returns accordingly. That's why many refunders
specifically target such entities - due to their mismanagement, they're confident that the so-called FTID will work In their favor.
But that's not how SEing works. Social engineering Is all about manipulating and penetrating the defense of every obstacle that comes your way, Irrespective of the measures In place and the degree of difficulty Involved. Every traditional method Is based on that principle, and Is designed, formulated and compatible with any company/service that comes to mind. The so-called FTID Is quite the opposite for the reasons stated above.

Yep! At some point I'll try it out at a company that may be known for their employees not being the brightest candles on the cake. Of course, a small shipping company would also be best, but DHL and the like shouldn't be a problem either (unless they're printing the label again, of course ;-)).
For larger orders, however, I will probably use the boxing or sealed box method.
