FTID Question & Attempt #1
im attempting to try a SE on my own first time for some tools
-
i've removed all info(my address, product info, RS info etc..), and Altered Receiving Address in same zipcode area.
Did not edit tracking # or barcode, altered Maxicode/QR code to some random dots
-
Question is::??
Would they ship the item to the address I altered or is the tracking barcode going to provide the carrier the actual address?

RE: FTID Question & Attempt #2
Curious also regarding this. Planning on doing the exact same.

Created my own QR code with all details as to where I’m rerouting the package to another address close by to the original.

I tried asking someone I know who’s in Royal Mail and works as a postie. However didn’t want to explicitly state what I was wanting to do.

Only If the driver Is brain-dead, and purely delivers the package based on the receiver's address written on the shipping label.

In today's world of logistics and freight distribution, all goods are scanned and delivered based on the Information (consignor to consignee) generated by the scan.

If the driver Isn't half-asleep on the job and scans the consignment, the answer to your question Is obvious.

What are your thoughts/opinions on those people who offer services in which they guarantee delivery locations meaning they will be delivered to the edited address rather than the real loction, or is that all marketing bs to try and slew the customer.

They do work, @mothered has a strong opinion on the method, which is to be respected, but the method has its flaws just like any other methods that Mothered promotes.
FTID & Panel Scans allow you to hit on stores that Mothered's method would never work on.

A lot of people who's offering FTID services are bullshit, most insider scans are manually edited, a lot of scams but there's indeed some people in the community who's offering the service almost-flawlessly.

I might get kidnapped and tortured for voicing my opinion on this forum for supporting FTID but, it's hard to fail when you work with the best people.

I agree, to every method its flaws and FTID is no exception to the rule, doesn't mean it's necessarily bad though

I know a lot of people don't like FTID but here's what I'm thinking, its not so much about if the method works on multiple stores or has a %100 success rate, its about finding a store/website which is easily vulnerable to the most simplest of FTID/tricks. Is that fair to say?

Such a service Is not possible - nothing Is "guaranteed", ever.

When an Insider Is Involved, each and every method has the best possible outcome.
