Is this okay to FTID? If not what alternative methods are suggested.
DNA won't work as the driver has turned up to my house before claiming I was a scammer, as well as OTP on delivery.

FTID is fine, however in my experience DNA is usually pretty straight forward through amzn if your account is in good health (age, legit orders etc).
Was the last incident with the driver through amzn?

I have previously claimed an Item hadn't arrived and the driver turned up to my house the next day explaining how he delivered everything and took a photo, he then continued to say how how DNA comes out of his wages and that I should stop "scamming"

Yes, they will request the wrong Item be returned, which Is not a problem If It's purchased through Amazon on a different account.

Amazing, I think I am going to do this over FTID
I mean I have just checked back on the DSLR on Amazon and now it is Dispatched and Sold by them. Perhaps FTID will work, but again I have done DNA before on my account.
If I do use the wrong item received, can it be absolutely anything? And is it advisable to get a friend to order it on their account to their adress.

Although the wrong Item can be just about any stock Item, It's best to select one from a similar category.

Yes, as long as It's not associated to your own account, any name and address will suffice.

I am in desperate need of help with this double SE. GoPro is not going well and unsure what to do
and for the DSLR on Amazon I do not know a method to do. FTID is a nogo, I could do wrong item recieved but I am not sure what Item I could use that is equal to 1.5 kg
