FARFETCH EB METHOD HELP

Hi I am trying to SE Farfetch right now. Its a $500 CAD Gucci Ghost Bracelet. Weighs around 20g. I went the EB way and they said they compared the package to other products like this and confirms it was indeed in there. What do I do

Please note that Farfetch has CCTV in place

I’ve been reading this forum before I went ahead with purchasing and was told they do not. I’ve already gone ahead with the purchase and claimed EB/Missing Item. His response is

“ your package weight has been compared to other orders with the same item and it has been concluded that the weight on your parcel indeed confirms that the bracelet was inside.”

How do I respond back

They will not Impact this SE.

The OP Is claiming the bracelet was missing from the box/case, hence the footage cannot detect the enclosed contents.
