Energizer Still Easy? 10-11-2018, 02:29 PM
#1
I just did Duracell for £70. It was quite easy.
I'm looking to apply the same method for Energizer. Is it still easy?
Do I need to make an excuse for not returning it?
Or they don't ask for the item back?

I think they ask for the damaged item back.
If they do, I have two options:
1. Play along and pretend I ll send it and say that post office refused to take it
2. Say I got scared and threw it away
What do you think is best?

How did you do Duracell? Couldn't you use the same reasons for Energizer?
I doubt they would want it back, especially if it had leaked. They may ask for a photo of it but its probably not even worth their time.
Give it a go and let us all know how you get on.

I read around. In most of the websites I read, they say the need the item back.
After they receive your broken item they buy the replacement item for you and ship it to your address.
I'll buy a broken Microsoft Elite controller for £30 from ebay, then SE Energizer.
After that I ll SE Microsoft with the serial of the new controller.
If the one I buy from ebay is in good condition and Energizer doesn't ask for it, I might even SE Argos and return it for a new one.
