I recently did an empty box on a video game, I claimed the disc was missing and of course the package was in perfect condition. To my surprise, the rep asked me if I wanted a refund or reshipment, then provided me with a return label saying I should just return the box (without the disc), then I would be refunded.
We agree that this kind of process is normal? Is it possible that they are refusing me a refund?

Okay thanks to all. To put it simply, I was refunded directly without even sending the box. Is this normal or is it a mistake? To avoid re-billing I will transfer them directly, but I would like to know if I would have problems if I do not return the box.
