Ebuyer best method for refund (Yodel delivery) 03-30-2023, 10:49 PM

Hi everyone, first post here and still new to SE.
I was recently able to EB a GPU from Amazon Warehouse, and I wanted to try SE from Ebuyer as well.
Having had a read around, Ebuyer seems to have CCTV in their warehouses, so EB is out of the question. However I’ve heard Yodel is pretty lax when it comes to leaving packages on doorsteps, so would DNA be the way to go? The item in question is worth ~£600, so I’m not sure if that would hit some other sort of limit for DNA.
I’ve also had to file a PR for Amazon recently, so ideally I’d like a method that doesn’t involve filing one again. Should Ebuyer or Yodel request one, I’m planning to just say the package was collected by my mum who hadn’t told me.
Any suggestions?
