Ebay refund Help needed! 09-10-2022, 01:34 PM

I bought a router from Ebay, and it was shipped through DHL. They called me because I was not home, but I told them a relative could pick up the package. They then went back to my place and ringed again, finding that relative I was talking about. They asked for a name, and the relative gave mine (without a signature or anything). The package is 500g I would say, so not really feasible for EB. Probably DNA is to be excluded as well. What do you think would be the best choice right now? (The package arrived yesterday)

he is registered as professional seller. Don’t know if it’s a company but I think so, since he has sold 3 routers. and still has 3 available.
