I am planning to SE currys for the item
I am planning to use EB method, whereby the item itself was missing from the box.
Does anyone have any helpful info about this type of SE and Currys, I have done research and found mixed experiences with Currys. Some are simple refunds, whilst some have quite concerning incidents with DPD drivers turning up at their address. Hence I have tried to avoid using DNA on this occasion.
My Currys account is 2 years old with no previous orders. Is there any potential issues I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.

mothered I have already placed the order now for the watch, will this be a significant problem having no previous orders?
Maybe I should instead do wrong item received? I’m just struggling to find something of similar weight and much less value.

Not to worry.
Having previous transactions on the account demonstrates credibility, which draws (some) attention away from the SE. That said, some reps don't focus on the account's history, hence your current SE still has a good chance of success.

The Item Is perfectly suited to the EB/missing Item method, so stick with It.
Thanks for the info. Will keep this thread updated with progress.

Have you chased them up?
I don’t plan on allowing my SE to go on so long, if Currys decide to be difficult, I paid with PayPal so I’ll hit a dispute with them.

I recently completed a successful EB SE with Currys for an Apple Watch. Took less 10 days.
Was it a fresh account?
