I am trying with Belkin right now, and apparently I am finding it, it is not that easy. They are saying that on the serial number I have submitted ( I submitted also pictures) there where other replacements requests and I don't know what I am going to do. The live agent told me to contact the customer hotline. Anyone can help me?

What do you need help with.. if there has been replacement requests, obviously you need to get another serial number and try again.

But if I just provide another serial number doesn't that look fishy?

No, completely start the process with an unused Serial Number.
