How reliable is zalando? What are their limits I have seen many failures but also reports of success

Out of my 4 refunds done there all 4 have worked, 2 were aged and 2 were fresh. Not too sure about the limits my orders ranged between 300-700, everytime I just had to sign a document.

what store was your EB on? also S/N is super easy with logitech and belkin

I am trying with Belkin right now, and apparently I am finding it, it is not that easy. They are saying that on the serial number I have submitted ( I submitted also pictures) there where other replacements requests and I don't know what I am going to do. The live agent told me to contact the customer hotline. Anyone can help me?

What do you need help with.. if there has been replacement requests, obviously you need to get another serial number and try again.
