My account is in the recovery period since I double dipped

Whats RECOVERY PERIOD? What happens in that? For how long it is? How different it is from a NORMAL ACCOUNT?
Idk about this so looking to get more info on this RECOVERY PERIOD THING? Do share your info with me please?

UPDATE : I tried to do DNA however Hermes didn’t leave the parcel as there was no ‘safe space’. Is DNA still good to go?

On the grounds you're home to accept the delivery, don't they request a signature?

Basically I’ve been emailed by Amazon saying that I’ve refunded a lot and are “abusing” their policy, don’t know how that makes sense but essentially just lay off refunding on that account for a while

Photo is taken after the door is opened so they could someone’s foot in the picture or someone receiving the parcel - I didn’t answer the door last time in the hope that the driver would leave the parcel outside my door but as my car wasn’t there they probably didn’t?

Update : I got the parcel handed to me and all you can see is my hand getting the parcel and colour of my front door. I don’t know where / how to proceed from here so help will be much appreciated

Assuming you don't have tattoos or other recognizable markings, It cannot verify the delivery - It could be anyone's hand.

Unfortunately yes it has my door which happens to have some very unique decorations , I ended up making a little indent in the package and sent that to their support team and said that the package was damaged and was missing 2 items and I immediately got sent out a replacement for both . I have also taken the seal off the other 2 perfumes that I claimed to have received but I want to return them to make it seem more believable . Will they take a return even if the seal isn’t there? I haven’t even sprayed them once.

If It's a change of mind return, goods must be In their original condition with the seals Intact.

If It's a change of mind return, goods must be In their original condition with the seals Intact.

Thanks! I don’t really know what to do with the other 2 perfumes but I told them that when I opened the parcel the seals weren’t fully on the perfumes and I do want to return them so just waiting for a reply.

Also reassure them that you haven't touched the perfumes - the return will be In the exact same condition as received.
