If u mean what I will tell them I thought to say that my brother ordered same time and pranked me by replacing those items. But I don't think I need anything to say just generate refund label and send them.

The Wrong item method for END clothing has an extremely high success rate for anything under 1k. I personally have not tried anything above 1k, but im sure 1-2k could work but there would be an extensive investigation.
I will talk through what will happen when you attempt this (I wouldn't try more than 3 pieces of clothing per order):
1.Order whatever clothes you want, then get a mate on the SAME day to order cheap clothes off their account. (you must order same category of item, e.g you order 2 tshirts the other account must order 2 tshirts)
2. When the clothes come you must have the 'cheap' set of clothes with you, along with your receipt for the good clothes. Go on live chat say you have received the wrong items. They will ask you for pictures of the barcode of the 'wrong' items. Sometimes a picture with your original receipt. Send these over. Then they will say on the spot to return the 'wrong' items for a refund or conduct an 'investigation' and make you wait for a week and then tell you to return the items.
3. Return your cheap clothes and get your refund a week later.

Simple and very effective.

They suspended my account so even when I said my execuse to them they said that cant unblock my account but they said I still can return items. I tried ftid then because scared if they can get clothes returned but not refund me. I can take a lose. In my opinion after that experience is that mostly companies has cctv and I will try only most reliable methods like DNA

There are many companies that don't operate with CCTV cameras.

If you're not sure, always research your target prior to hitting the SE.

The missing Item and partial are also very effective - you just need to be selective with the company you're using them against.

END are very tough to hit usually. They know all about SE due to the type of items they sell. The have CCTV in their warehouse. In fact it wasn't that long ago the warehouse had a heavy handed attempted robbery whilst my girlfriend was working there. She actually got fired for buying something for me for my birthday using her staff discount.
