Does anybody know an ebay refund method? im ordering an apple watch second hand off ebay. Can i refund it and keep the watch somehow?

I believe you can use PayPal and start a dispute but I’m not sure if it works bc I haven’t personally done it.

eBay is quite scummy to their sellers. I think a lot of people get away with boxing. As soon as PP sees a return tracking number marked as delivered and/or signed, they side with the buyer almost always. I wouldn't refund eBay though, that could be someone's small business you're hurting.

Dont SE a seller on Ebay. They are not million pound companies like amazon. Pick a company not a person. What if someone did that to you on ebay?

Seriously if you're scamming individuals on eBay you're a POS and will get the karma coming to you.

Well, i got a Ebay refund method buyed from Dark net, working 100% atm, i used it for get free games with paypal payement method, here's the method :
1. Go to Ebay
2. Search for "FIFA 16 Origin Key".
3. Buy the key with your own money (Don't worry, you'll get the money back).
4. Get Code.
5. Use it or give it to someone or do whatever you want with it.
6. Open a Dispute.
7. Escalate to the highest level and say that you did not obtain a physical material but a virtual item. You were expecting a physical item not a virtual one.
8. Since eBay's Terms of Use clearly says that virtual items are not allowed on the market place, they will ALWAYS decide in your favor and refund you.
END. So that's how it works. If you wan't another game and you don't want for example FIFA, you can search Battlefield 4 origin key and others. Works 100%.

You can sell digital goods on eBay.  What do you mean?

I haven't even read ToS of Ebay, so I decided to listen to the technique with a not too expensive game and it worked, i remember i sent something like :
"Hi ! i was expecting a physical item but not a virtual one..
eBay Terms of Use clearly says that virtual items are not allowed on the market place.
I want a refund !"
..And few minutes after, i was refund in paypal.

Back in the day you used to not be able to sell digital goods on Ebay. I'm 99% sure they changed their stance though and now allow it.

I personally wouldn't try ebay. You'd have better luck just going with amazon, newegg, etc anyways.

I tried this method refund method ~2 weeks ago, and it worked.. (first time trying, i only used 1.39USD)

I think you can't win a dispute if they say in the description of the product something like "NO DVD CODE ONLY".
I will try again this refund method with "NO DVD CODE ONLY" in desc of the product and something more expensive and i'll give you a feedback!
