Two including this one

First was dna. They actually delivered it to the wrong place

This claim was was the second and I used EB I made the mistake of performing this wrong of course but that is the only ever claims I have made.

I have never did anything in the past with meta nor has anyone at this address.

In that case, tell them to justify why a measly 2 claims for missing goods has Interfered with your rights for a refund/replacement.

It certainly doesn't deem a high volume of claims.

Am I stuck with this headset now or worst case scenario could I mysteriously find it and return it?

They have started to blacklist addresses after one claim. I did order to an address that was a drop and after my first claim, they warned me that they would blacklist it for future orders.

Not a Big deal for me at all I don't plan on using them in the future Anytime soon. But definitely worth noting, so I'll keep it in mind.

The main thread has been up for months, and the method still works
Even if they read it, they can't deny a claim to a legit customer, better risk a small loss than an unhappy customer
Plus, again, their real gain is in your data + your app purchases, not the device itself which is probably sold at a loss already
