EB or DNA free people?

hi all,
i ordered some clothes from free people (sister company of urban outfitters if it matters) totaling around $400. they are being shipped with Lasership and they take a photo once delivered. would EB or DNA be a better bet? i've done EB on urban outfitters a few times easily but on smaller orders.

A photo of the delivery doesn't that you got your package in person. Someone could've stolen it while it lays in front of your door.
If no OTP (unlikely) is requried, your good to go to try DNA first. If you need to sign, fake it.

ok i will try that thank you. when it comes to DNA clothes, is there a $ limit that is better to stay under?

Depends on the store really. I once DNA'd (no SE, it really wasn't there) a single hoodie worth 100$ and they wanted me to sign an affidavit.
Another time I DNA'd a company for 250$ and they just said, "yep, thats fine, take your refund."

Be prepared that usually the higher you go, you might need to sign an affidavit or / and PR.

i just realized i was mistaken, it's being shipping by UPS and not Lasership, so i'm not sure if they'll even take a photo. but usually it's a photo of the package and front door. as for weight, it doesn't say on the website and i don't know if UPS will weigh before shipping, it's 4-5 clothing items.

It's usless.

100 photos can be taken, but It doesn't change the fact that the package was left unattended at your doorstep.

How did free people go?

DNA worked, i called and told them my package never arrived. the person on the phone told me they would open an investigation and email me back in 72 hours. however i never got an email from them, so i called again 3 days later and my refund was processed.. wonder if they even "investigated" it lol
