Save it as bomb.bat or if you never it to exe, remember to change the "start bomb.bat" to "start bomb.exe"

This will DoS the computer for sure

Good tutorial but if it opens web pages i saw he can end the proces could he do it in task manager or in command prompt.Am i right ?

No he can't end process in task manager because batch will be open a 100 web pages in seconds then he can't end process.When batch is stop to work then can end proceses.But it's over! Processor is 1.0Ghz LoL
