I have just Eb a vacuum from them, super easy.
You can get a more cheap air purifier that is also more effective..

Just say that you received an empty box (i said just a couple of accessories were in), they ask for photos, open a investigation with ups, they come back to collect the box, and after the investigation they gave me the money back. Very easy in my case.
