I had the worst experience with Door Dash and refuse to use them anymore. A driver spent over an hour getting here because he could not follow basic instructions or a GPS for that matter. If thats the caliber of people they hire, they dont need my business.

Weird, he had to have been doing something else, their app for drivers has a map in it. Though I will say, there's not a real "caliber" of people at all; you request to be hired and they just background check you and get some vehicle information. The only thing that is certain is that you won't get a delivery from a criminal.

Recently on top of my regular job I've started doing DoorDash. Seems like a somewhat convenient service that I'd like to take advantage of and get a little bit of additional cash flow.

That being said, anyone here do it? If so, any tips for myself or even others who may want to do it? Or stories maybe?

why dont you just grow some balls and do some serious money washing/money laundry on darknet?

That was kinda my point. As a company, you hire anyone (including people who cant follow a gps,) you need to seriously consider how that will effect your customers. To be fair, they did refund me, but still.

This is completely false, a lot of my friends at work do DoorDash as a side job for additional income.

Not the case in my area. At least in my experience, though I will say that  even if it is the case in your area, that’s a disrespectful take to have.

At the end of the day, if people are trying to put food on the table, what does it matter the job they have?  There are no jobs that are “only” for 16 year olds.

I was a Dasher for a couple of months and I got to say it's a good side hustle if you need extra cash. I've always worked from midnight to sunrise (5hours) $125-$200 including tips

Pros at night-morning
1. I can drive as fast as I want (mostly 20 over limit)
2. No traffic
3. No long ass drive thru/parking waiting times
4. Free food while you smoke & drive and no one will see you
5. Mostly leave at doorstep so you don't have to show your ugly face

The cons of being a errrday Dasher
1. Shit Gas prices (Prem)
2. Long ass waits
3. Shitty tips / offers like $3.5 to drive 10 miles
4. Bad neighborhoods
5. Apartment complexes <- this should be #1 con

Have more to say but I don't want to nag even more hehe
