Recently got an email from them being like, if the parcel you send in is marked as delivered, but we don't have it, you won't get a replacement. Which I take to mean, FTID at your peril.

I wouldn't use the FTID garbage to begin with.

That aside, thanks for sharing their communication. Was It from a customer service rep, or someone on a higher level?

Was from both, initially they seemed unsure, then another person who seemed to be a manager said it.
Difficult to do without FTID, guess you could try LIT but same issue tbh.
