The owner was @fsociety. He tried to invite @mothered to moderate for him.

Of which I refused with a passion.

Weird, they're both opposite In nature.

In all my years of online computing, I've yet to experience anything of the sort.

I know. The reason is lately he have been posting combos which are uploaded to a file hosting server. Maybe he got tired of posting combos on other sites and started his own.

P.S: Why @fsociety was banned?

There's plenty of other members that share the same content, without the headache. He was advertising a Telegram and forum. @mothered warned him many times for using shortlinks/revenue-based filehosts. I generally avoid issuing permanent bans, but he continued to act selfishly without consideration for members or staff.

To my understanding, he created a file hosting site and the board was started a few months after that.

Whatever the case may be, he's no longer of Interest In our community.

Same here, i'm avoiding posting short links permanently, not advertise other forums in a thread (i only post this one as i was asking for more info), No gigapeta files (It's profitable but not allowed) and i manually verify each thread before posting.

Maybe you shouldn't have put time and effort into a forum run by @fsociety. There was no way that was gonna last. Turning it into a file host without any prior warning is exactly something he would do.
