If you say the food was bad or had hairs in it, do they take the hit themselves or do they recover the funds from the restaurant? It's a local pizza place so if it affects them directly, i'm not going to refund a small business.

To my understanding, you need to contact the restaurant and If you cannot come to an agreement (which you won't for SEing purposes), you'd then contact Just Eat.

Unless I research them, I'm not sure how they handle It on their end.

Just Eat said they wasn't refunding the payment lol. I used an account i did a similar thing with a while back. I wasn't bothered that much because it was only £13 lol

Just Eat only offer account credit refunds now. Did they offer this to you?

If no, you must have said a non-working method/excuse.

Back on topic, to my understanding the restaurants do in fact take the hit. Which is why I usually only SE medium to large businesses.
