Not in CS:GO, but used to cheat in 1.6 on "cracked" servers. Was pretty fun at the start, using the Hurricane hack where you pretty much ran like Sonic the Hedgehog knifing everyone without them being able to hit you, but it got boring rather fast.

VAC is active every day and you get banned if u cheated in csgo..
No great mind has ever existed without a touch of madness.

Not played CS:GO but used to play old CS and hacking is really boring. It's fun to do it once or twice just for the lols but after that it just ruins the game for everyone and kinda defeats the object of playing imo.
