Yes, and I believe instead of the death penalty, their should only be life in prison .

Yep. If you kill someone, you should be killed. I always believed you should recieve the same punishment of what you did.

Yeah. If they have a life sentence, let them wait it out in prison instead of just ending it right away. They need to suffer for what they've done outside of prison.

Nah man, I'm against Capitol Punishment. It really bugs me that people are always talking about how abortion is genocide, and all this shit, but nobody mentions Capitol Punishment.

As a Libertarian, I am 100% against the death penalty. If even one innocent person is given 'the chair' (it has happened), then it should not be legal. I believe our prison systems here in the US are very broken as they enslave rather than rehabilitate.
