I wanted to share my latest work experiment with all of you. Recently, I decided to break away from the norm and try working at my computer while standing up – and guess what? It's been surprisingly awesome! Now, I've adopted a flexible routine of alternating between sitting and standing, which has brought a new dynamic to my workday. Movement is key.
Years of 8-hour-straight-sitting ruined my back...
Even if you spend very little time actually standing, being able to when needed is a saver.

If you have zero girl in the house you can go a step further, pair the standing desk with a walking pad.

Effortlessly walking 6+ hours / day, all while working.
(Walking that much may potentially damage your knees long term though, don't forget muscle reinforcement : sled pull is great, look it up on YT)
